Founder & CEO
With over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and global talent sourcing, Pika is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of market trends across sectors including Big4s, Banking, Technology and BPO. Her stint in the past has been with corporations which include KPMG, Standard Chartered Bank, Sapient and Serco and she has been awarded for her meritorious service. Alongside, she volunteers for the United Nations undertaking projects globally. Acknowledging the challenges organizations face in finding the right talent, developing & retaining them, Pika Sinha founded Kairos Advisory LLC to offer bespoke HR solutions crafted to ensure the success of our clients and concurrently assisting candidates in securing fulfilling professional engagements.
She is committed to fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration within organizations with her belief that successful placements are built on understanding both the needs of clients and the aspirations of candidates. This approach emphasizes on building long term relationships and ensuring that all achieve their desired goals.
Pika is passionate about giving back to the community and has partnered with United Nations through volunteering programs aimed at Quality Education and Gender Equality aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She has contributed to various projects aimed at promoting quality education in the Human Resources capacity and collaborated with a diverse team of volunteers globally to develop and address the hiring needs and programs in West Africa.
In April 2024, Pika Sinha was awarded with certificate of appreciation for successful completion of project for Gender Equality with the United Nations office for Partnerships, New York.
With a proven track record and a commitment to excellence, Pika Sinha leads Kairos Advisory LLC with a focus on Innovation, Integrity and Impact in the Human Capital & Recruitment landscape. She has honed skills in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, Strategic Sourcing, Recruiting Research, Market Intelligence & Mapping, Process Improvement, Internal Communications, Newsletters, Talent Development, Employer branding, DEI, Stakeholder relationships and developing innovative strategies to meet the evolving needs of clients and candidates alike.
She has earned MBA in Human Resource Management from The International Management Institute (IMI), Belgium and HR Analytics certified professional from eCornell at Cornell University, New York.
She enjoys Travel, Tennis, Music and Culture.
