Mr. Jhanwar is a Chartered Accountant with over 37 years of experience, of which 34 years have been with the Aditya Birla Group. He has held various roles in Finance, Operations and General Management across the Cement and Chemicals Business of the Group, including greenfield and brownfield expansions.
An Aditya Birla Group veteran for 33 years, Mr. Atul Daga, is a chartered accountant by profession. He has served as the CFO in multiple businesses within the group. His experience is broad-based in sectors such as cement, retail, aluminium, carbon black, textiles, tyre cord & fibre. Mr. Atul Daga was instrumental in the restructuring of the Group’s overseas businesses. As Principal Executive Assistant to Mr. Aditya Vikram Birla and Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, he imbibed the vision to take Indian business beyond its geographical boundaries while retaining the humane values and principles espoused by our founder. Mr. Atul Daga has gained experience in different roles like Financial Planning, Treasury Management, Business Strategy, Merger & Acquisition, and Investor Relations. He has been ranked amongst the top three CFOs in the Building Materials Segment in Asia by the Institutional Investor magazine. Some of his key achievements include acquisitions for over US$4 billion in the cement industry in India as well as divestment of non-core assets outside India. He has also been instrumental in setting up a state-of-the-art 700-member Shared Services Centre for the accounting function of UltraTech.

Mr Sandeep Holey is the Country Head of UltraTech Cement Lanka (Pvt) Ltd and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Sandeep is a versatile Management Professional with P&L, and cross-functional experience encompassing Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Techno-Commercials, Project Management, Liaison, Quality assurance & Initiatives in Cement & Construction Industry. He has a track record of prestigious recognitions, including the Aditya Birla Group’s Chairman’s Individual Award – ‘Exceptional Contributor for Business Excellence’ apart from Pride: Performance Recognition in Delivering Excellence by UltraTech’s International Cement Business, Outstanding Achievement Recognition by UltraTech’s Domestic Cement Business, University ranking and Dean’s List Award in academics.
